General Info for the season  (U9-U17) Registration Fee $350

  • All players receive a shirt and shorts to keep.
  • The season runs from early April until the end of June.
  • Teams have two floor times per week.
  • The season will include practices and controlled scrimmages. 
  • U9-U15 will have a team that will play in the Wheatland Lacrosse Association. This team will have an extra floor time on Saturdays to help them prepare for these games. An extra registration package with a fee of $125 will need to be added before these players can try out for these teams. 
  • The U17 will have a team that will also play in the Wheatland Lacrosse Association

U7

The Mini Tyke age division is for players born in 2018 and 2019. The 2023 registration fees are $200. The Mini Tyke season is set up as follows:

  • The season runs from early April until the end of June.
  • All sessions will be held in Composite High gymnasium on Mondays and Wednesday nights. 
  • All players receive a shirt and shorts to keep.
  • Any new Mini Tyke players to the association will receive their own stick to keep
  • All Mini Tykes will be on the floor at the same time and divided into respective teams
  • Required Equipment is a hockey/lacrosse helmet with a cage, lacrosse/hockey gloves, lacrosse stick and clean running shoes.

The purpose of Mini Tyke is to introduce, emphasize, and develop the fundamental skills of lacrosse. The focus of practices as well as games is to promote an environment that encourages participation, skill development, and overall enjoyment of the game.
